January is Substance Use Disorder Month

Oregon’s Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health & Aging (OCEBHA) is a new center to address growing mental health and substance use disorders among older adults. Housed at Portland State University in partnership with Oregon Health & Science University, we are funded by the Oregon Health Authority to improve access to older adult behavioral health services and supports.
